Treating mental and physical health equally in the workplace is key to strengthening our workforce. Too many of us don’t feel we can discuss common mental health issues with colleagues. We must stamp out the stigma to ensure it’s as normal to talk about our mental as physical health when we’re at work. I am asking you as my MP to sign the “Where’s Your Head At?” Workplace Manifesto.
Could you also use your influence to approach 5 employers in your constituency to urge them to sign the Workplace Manifesto and to make the same commitment as you to the mental health and wellbeing of all their employees.
